The founders of AZ APPS have worked in the semiconductor test industry since the late 70's. We have been involved in the design of instruments through mainframe HVM test systems. We were involved in the development of algorithmic pattern generation for the memory markets. We also served on the teams that developed LSI and VLSI logic test systems for both engineering and HVM production test. We have experience in low level parametric measurement systems for process evaluation at semiconductor fabs. Our software expertise covers many languages as well as many automatic program generation and translation tools. From design, through applications, marketing and sales, we've been there.

AZ APPS prides itself on utilizing American materials, American technology, and American know-how. Our strategic alliances with our vendors and partners around the US have enabled us to produce products of superior quality and superior performance. We work with vendors who utilize the latest factory and manufacturing automation to produce our products. The result is high accuracy in mechanical assembly and 100% consistency and repeatability in each of our solutions. We then use that process to adequately design in guard bands that will tolerate the error factor in components and tolerances in parts placement and electrical effects due to parasitic reactions or other side effects.

Predictability and management are also greatly enhance by keeping the processes on-shore. We can better plan and manage your deliveries that will enable you to meet your release schedules. We work very close with our vendors to track progress throughout the entire process of manufacturing the solutions you have purchased. Cost is remarkably lower in manufacturing in the US because we efficiently utilize American technology and talent. Our use of inventory and supply chain management tools also streamlines our processes to produce the best equipment at the lowest price. When you account for all of the factors that can adversely affect quality, delivery, reliability, and other key manufacturability benchmarks, doing it the right way the first time is always the correct choice.

Environmentally Responsible

All of our process and documentation is paperless. We make great use of our technology to implement redundancy and predictability in all aspects of company operations. We have followed this discipline since AZ APPS was founded in 2003. This has allowed us to manage complex tasks without huge staffs shuffling through mountains of paper. We have full control over all documentation and rapid access to through our archival process. We use RoHS devices and lead-free assembly processes in all aspects of manufacturing to minimize environmental impact.
